Estrogen Rich Foods For Breast Development

Let’s start by defining what estrogen is. Estrogen is a steroid compound and a fundamental sex hormone present in both genders. However, too much estrogen can end up in estrogen dominance that could trigger certain medical conditions such as breast cancer; and too little can lead to hormonal imbalance, with symptoms such as “hot flashes”.

Phytoestrogen, a naturally occurring estrogen present in many estrogen rich foods generally falls into three main groups namely: Lignans, Isoflavones, and Coumestans.

Lignans is a type of phytoestrogen that are normally present in fruits, vegetables, and seeds. Vegetables and legumes are good sources of lignans; and broccoli as well as curly kale is proven to have the highest concentrations of it.

Other vegetables that belong to this category are: French beans, garlic, carrots, red & green sweet peppers, and spinach. On the other hand, vegetables such as: red cabbage, white cabbage, cauliflower, sprouts, Brussels, and sauerkraut are ideal sources of phytoestrogen.

Seeds such as: poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, peanuts, and cashews. According to DietaryFiberFood, the highest concentration of lignans is found in flax seeds.

For fruits, the highest concentration of lignans is present in strawberries, apricots, pears, peaches, nectarines, grapefruit, raisins, kiwis, and cherries. Other fruits that are also classified as essential sources of lignans include: black & green olives, plum, melons, oranges, and grapes.

Next are the isoflavones. A natural compound that is generally present in plants. Beans in the legume family are known to have high concentrations of this; and soybeans as well as other soy products are the richest source of isoflavones. The chemical structure of isoflavones is usually compared with estrogen, making it highly effective for those who want to improve their bust.

Lastly, the Coumestans. They are the least researched of the phytoestrogen groups. However, the Symptoms of Menopause website states that, coumestans have an identical structure to isoflavones. Estrogen rich foods that have coumestans are: split peas, pinto beans, soybean, alfalfa, lima beans, and clover sprouts.

It’s responsible for breast development, menstrual cycle, and other changes that occur during this stage.

However, the development of the female body depends solely on it. Which implies, once a woman hits puberty, the improvement of her womanly physique is determined by how much estrogen her body has. It’s often the reason why some women aren’t as curvy or voluptuous unlike many other women.

Fortunately, there’s still hope. It’s still possible to grow your breasts naturally by enhancing the levels of estrogen. More so, because estrogen is a naturally occurring substance commonly found in herbs and in plants, by simply eating estrogen rich foods such as: soy beans, flax seeds, and even tofu; you’ll start noticing a positive improvement on your busts.

Nevertheless, eating foods that are rich in estrogen alone wouldn’t magically make your cup size larger. Hence, you should incorporate other techniques such as exercises and massages to achieve desirable results.

I noticed that you didn’t mention the use of anti-androgens. (like saw palmetto). They aid in the “rise” of estrogenic effects. I can testify that I went from size A to DD with estrogen boosting foods, pectoral exercise, and natural anti-androgens. My hair has also thickened nicely!
